Dear Williamsville Central School District Parents, Students, Faculty, and Staff,

As we near the end of the year, the District will be conducting a School District Climate Survey and Communications Survey, gathering data and information from families, students, instructional, and non-instructional staff, to help guide us in our decision-making as we continue to move forward as a school community.  The goal of these surveys is to inform the District of our strengths and areas in need of improvement, in an effort to provide an educational environment where all are welcomed, informed, included, and afforded equitable opportunities with our programming.

Each survey will be anonymous and available for individuals to complete for three weeks.  The survey will open on WITS on June 3, 2022, and close on June 24, 2022.

It is important to note that students in grades PK-4 will not be completing the District-wide surveys.

If parents in the District are also employees, they will only be able to fill out the parent survey through the parent portal, with the faculty and staff survey available through their work account on WITS.

Once the surveys close, we will review the data, share the results, and through our Strategic Plan, continue to chart a path forward.

We will be sending an additional communication as a reminder prior to the surveys opening.
