Dear Williamsville Central School District Parents, Students, Faculty, and Staff,

On Friday, June 3^rd, the School District Climate Survey and Communications Survey will be available through WITS.  As we prepare to open these surveys, we wanted to share the following information:

• The surveys will be available from June 3^rd – June 24^th
• The results will be anonymous
• The Communications Survey questions will be included in the parent, faculty, and staff surveys
• Text message reminders to complete the survey will be shared on Monday each week the survey is open (June 6^th, 13^th, and 20^th)
• We ask that parents who are also employees to complete the parent survey through their parent portal and the employee survey through their work portal
• Once completed, the survey will no longer be accessible through WITS
• Once the survey window closes, we will review the data and share the results with stakeholders

It is important to note that this information is to gather a District-wide overview from stakeholders.  While we understand families have students at different schools or staff members may work at several schools and their experiences may vary, please answer each question based on your overall experience.
