Sign Up For District eAlerts

August 22, 2022

Dear Williamsville Central School District Parents, Students, Faculty, and Staff,

Each year, we encourage our school community to sign up for the District’s eAlert system.

The eAlert system includes text messaging, e-mail, and robocalls.  Throughout the year, the District primarily uses text messaging and e-mail to send important news and information, along with emergency closings or delays.  The Transportation Department also sends updates regarding busing.

To sign-up for eAlerts, you can watch this short “How to Sign Up for eAlerts” video and/or complete the following steps:

  • Navigate to the District webpage www.williamsvillek12.org
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page
  • Select “eAlerts”
  • Click “Sign Up”
  • On this page you will be able to create your account:
    • Type in your information/phone number
      • Remember to select the checkbox to enroll in text messaging
  • Select the respective building and any additional locations you’d like to receive updates from, like the Transportation Department.

Individuals are automatically signed up to receive updates and information from the Planetarium, but can un-enroll from receiving those notifications during sign up.

It is important to note, you can opt-out of receiving eAlerts at any time.

If you have any questions regarding eAlerts, please call our parent help desk at 716-626-8058.

Sincerely,

Williamsville Central School District
