COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster Clinic Information

Dear Williamsville Central School District Families and Staff,

In partnership with the Erie County Department of Health (ECDOH), on Friday, November 18, 2022, the District is hosting an on-site COVID-19 vaccination clinic, which includes Bivalent booster doses, at Forest Elementary School for parents, students, faculty, and staff.

This clinic will take place from 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the school’s gymnasium.  Please enter through Door 12, which is the entrance right off of North Forest Road.

To register your child(ren), you will need to click the links below and register through ECDOH.

Please note that if you sign-up and schedule an appointment, parents must accompany their child(ren) to the vaccine appointment and bring proper identification for them and their child, which includes:

  • driver’s license
  • insurance card
  • birth certificate
