Dear Williamsville Central School District Families and Staff,

Due to the incoming lake effect snow storm and inclement weather, there will be no school on Friday, November 18^th.

All after school activities are scheduled to continue as planned on Thursday, November 17^th.

However, all events after 6:30 p.m. tonight are cancelled. The Speaker Series on Restorative Educational Practices and Middle School Parent-Teacher Conferences are postponed and will be rescheduled.

In addition, due to the expected snow totals and dangerous travel conditions throughout Western New York, all activities on Friday, November 18^th, Saturday, November 19^th, and Sunday, November 20^th are also cancelled.

Thursday, November 17^th – Cancellations

-        Middle School Parent-Teacher Conferences

-        All events after 6:30 p.m.

Friday, November 18^th – Cancellations

-        COVID-19 Vaccination/Booster Clinic

• Rescheduled for Friday, December 2 (additional details will follow)

-        All athletic events (practices, games, etc)

-        All club activities

-        All extra-curricular activities

-        All music performances and festivals

-        All drama performances

-        All field trips/travel

-        Middle School Parent-Teacher Conferences

• Additional building details will follow

Saturday, November 19^th and Sunday, November 20^th – Cancellations

-        All athletic events (practices, games, etc)
