Board of Education begins paperless meetings
Starting at its meeting November 13, each school board member and district official at the board table will use a Chromebook to access meeting materials previously provided only on paper. While some paper copies will be available upon request, the majority of meeting items will be viewed and shared using the new paperless platform.
School board meeting agendas, packet materials, and meeting minutes are posted to the district web site already. The new BoardDocs system, however, provides a comprehensive search feature and automatic archiving of all public documents associated with board meetings, making it easier for the public to keep track of board business.
Visit the district's new BoardDoc web page to access November 13, 2018 meeting materials.
