WCSD School Closure: Property Pick-up, Food Service & Continuation of Learning
March 16, 2020
Dear Williamsville Central School District,
As you know, the Williamsville Central School District will be closed until April 20, 2020.
We will reevaluate the length of the closure and whether it will continue during the week of April 13.
The decision to close schools was not an easy one and I know you have many questions. As we continue to work, plan and prepare in these unprecedented times, I want to assure you the health and safety of our students, staff and community remains our top priority.
These are the latest updates we wanted to share with you:
On Wednesday, March 18, 2020, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., students/parents will be allowed to enter the school to retrieve personal items, books and instruments from their lockers.
For food service information, please see the attached letter from the Williamsville Central School District’s Director of Nutrition, Kathy Christopher, for dates, times and locations for food service pickup.
We will begin food service on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.
