WCSD Communication Update March 24, 2020
March 24, 2020
Dear Williamsville Central School District Families,
I hope this message finds you safe and healthy.
As we continue to move forward in these unprecedented times, I wanted to update you on a few things regarding the District.
Forwarding WITSMail to External E-Mail Service
As explained in our last Communication Update, WITS will continue to be our primary source of communication during this global health crisis.
However, by the end of the week, we will no longer be forwarding WITSMail to external e-mail messaging services (i.e. @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @aol.com, @yahoo.com).
Please be sure that you are logging in to WITS and checking your WITSMail for the latest information from the District.
Education Communication: Videos
Our administrators, teachers and support staff are continuing to work to provide the District with the best in education and should be communicating with you regularly.
With that said, please do not send videos to teachers through e-mail. If you need to send videos, please share them through Google Drive or another designated video sharing platform.
Access to Buildings
Beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2020, all of our buildings will no longer be accessible.
During this time, each school will be thoroughly cleaned to ensure a clean, safe and healthy environment.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your school, please contact your building principal directly.
We are all trying to navigate these challenging times and it is important to remember that we are all in this together.
Dr. Scott G. Martzloff
Superintendent of Schools
