March 19, 2020
Dear Williamsville Central School District Parents & Guardians,
We hope this finds you safe and healthy during these unprecedented times around the world.
With the District closed until April 20, 2020, we understand challenges families are facing in our community as they balance home life, work and education.
We wanted to share with you that through a new partnership with the Independent Health Family Branch YMCA, emergency childcare is available to medical personnel and first responders in the Williamsville Central School District.
This service will be available beginning March 23, 2020. The application for childcare is attached and is also available on WITS.
Application: Emergency Childcare

Additionally, on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, nurses will be available at each school between 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. for parents to pick-up medication from school.
If you have any questions regarding medication at your school, please contact your child’s principal.
We appreciate your patience through these challenging times and hope you remain safe and healthy.
